LAST TIME!!

Mmmmmmm :) the last time!!!!!! :) yeah!!! Hahahaha
Well, because it was the last time I was happier than the previous time, I had more enthusiasm. I started the class with a “words chain” as warm up. My feedback in this activity was that some of the students did not understand what to do so I have to explain at least twice to make sure they understand. But most of the time some students do not pay attention and they look at you as if they got it jejeje or sometimes they just do not want to participate and you can not force them to do it!! However, the students like it.
Then I continue talking about shopping and I wrote on the board a question “What do you like shopping for?” And I ask to some of the students: they looked interested in the topic and participated. Then I played an interview about some people who talked about what they like shopping for. The second time they listen and read along the cd and I asked them about the listening; they really tried to understand it. Then they answer some questions in their appendixes and share the answers. After, I asked them to stand up and ask to 3 classmates about what they like shopping for. To finish my class I made a chain asking to one student (one that I noticed has difficulties and does not participate in class, since I knew she interviewed classmates who do not participate and are shy so in this way I made the shy students talk) this question: who did you interview?
Materials that I used: Board, markers, CD player, CD, photocopies and the appendixes the students already have.
I liked all the class because I interacted with all the students. I reached the objectives at the end of the lesson I taught. My grade and feedback as always was meaningful and nice.
What I liked the most from this experience?
I really liked to feel myself as a real teacher; after all I liked the challenge to deal with 28 students and with a tutor jeje
Also, I liked the students´ positive attitude toward me; they are friendly and intelligent. My tutor gave me good and meaningful feedback.
What I did not like from this experience?
First, most of the time I did not have the complete 50 minutes to do my job because the teacher arrived late but she stopped to me at 9:50.
Second,  I got until the last moment the lesson plan and the part I had to tech.
And third, I did not like to teach grammar!
But, all of us have another big challenge! So go ahead people, good luck for everybody!!!
